Privacy Policy

King Skor ("the app") is a free scorekeeper for the card game King, made by an independent developer ("we"). This policy explains what the app stores and why. The short version: we keep only what the app needs to work, we show no ads, we do no tracking, and we never sell data.
What we store
- Account: your name, your email address and a user ID, from Sign in with Apple, Google or email sign-up. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email", we only see the relay address.
- Team data: team names, member names, guest player names you add, game scores, hand details, dates, and who started or ended a game. Every member of a team can see that team's data.
- Invites: invite codes and when they expire.
- Settings: your language and theme choice, and which team you last opened.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, advertising ID, or usage analytics.
Why
Only to run the app: to sign you in, keep your team's scores in sync across members' phones, and show history and records.
Where it is kept
Data is stored with Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Functions), which processes it on our behalf. Data may be stored on servers in the United States. Google's terms: firebase.google.com/support/privacy. Data is sent over encrypted connections.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with anyone, other than Google acting as our hosting provider and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
Your data stays until you delete it. In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This deletes your sign-in account and profile, and removes you from all your teams. If you were the last member of a team, the team and all its games are deleted. Games you played in a team that still has other members stay in that team's history with your name on them, because they are the shared record of the whole team. To have your name removed from those games too, email us and we will do it within 30 days.
A team owner can remove members, and any member can leave a team at any time (Team members → Leave team).
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK) you may have further rights, including complaining to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.

King Skor ("uygulama"), King kâğıt oyunu için bağımsız bir geliştirici ("biz") tarafından yapılmış ücretsiz bir skor tablosudur. Kısaca: yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için gerekenleri saklarız; reklam göstermeyiz, takip yapmayız, veri satmayız.
Sakladıklarımız
- Hesap: Apple ile Giriş, Google veya e-posta ile kayıttan gelen adın, e-posta adresin ve bir kullanıcı kimliği. Apple'ın "E-postamı Gizle" seçeneğini kullanırsan yalnızca yönlendirme adresini görürüz.
- Takım verileri: takım adları, üye adları, eklediğin misafir oyuncu adları, oyun skorları, el ayrıntıları, tarihler ve oyunu kimin başlatıp bitirdiği. Takımın tüm üyeleri bu verileri görebilir.
- Davetler: davet kodları ve son geçerlilik tarihleri.
- Ayarlar: dil ve tema tercihin, en son açtığın takım.
Konum, rehber, fotoğraf, reklam kimliği ya da kullanım analitiği toplamayız.
Neden
Yalnızca uygulamayı çalıştırmak için: giriş yapmanı sağlamak, takımın skorlarını üyelerin telefonları arasında eşitlemek, geçmişi ve rekorları göstermek.
Nerede saklanır
Veriler, bizim adımıza işleyen Google Firebase'de (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions) saklanır ve ABD'deki sunucularda tutulabilir. Bağlantılar şifrelidir.
Paylaşım
Verilerini barındırma sağlayıcımız Google ve yasal zorunluluklar dışında kimseyle paylaşmayız, satmayız.
Saklama süresi ve silme
Verilerin sen silene kadar saklanır. Uygulamada Ayarlar → Hesabı sil adımını izle. Bu işlem giriş hesabını ve profilini siler, seni tüm takımlarından çıkarır. Bir takımın son üyesiysen takım ve tüm oyunları silinir. Başka üyeleri olan takımlarda oynadığın oyunlar, takımın ortak kaydı olduğu için adınla birlikte o takımın geçmişinde kalır. Adının bu oyunlardan da kaldırılmasını istersen bize e-posta gönder; 30 gün içinde yaparız.
Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onların verisini toplamayız.
Hakların
Verilerine erişmeyi, düzeltmeyi, dışa aktarmayı ya da silmeyi istediğin zaman isteyebilirsin. KVKK kapsamındaki hakların saklıdır.
